You can start by not posting in caps.

The first thing you should do is to pile up money - as much as you can.

If you had conceive, congrats...

I think its better not to stress yourself too much and rest as much as possible during early stages of pregnancy. My wife also tends to sleep much more during the first few months. Eat well is also important as it helps the baby development. Be sure to keep a happy state of mind and dont freak out too much over small matters. First timer always tend to freak out whenever they encounter some strange but normal things in early pregnancy like spotting etc.

Before I have baby, it is all about my wife...

and since having baby, wife is all about her baby...

Therefore, I have some time on my own on weekends these days... Gym and New Hobby... Last time don't have the luxury biggrin.gif

Enjoy the process.

Take care and treat your wife good,
she will be moody.

Take lots of pictures.
Your wife will grow fatter and you will get thinner.

When the baby arrives,
your wife will pay more attention to the baby than you, get used to it.

lastly, you will officially become a daddy cum atm machine. lol

congrats

How you treat your wife is also dependent on how she is throughout the pregnancy. Not to scare you or anything, but there are cases where during pregnancy, the wife cannot even stand the husband's smell. Sometimes, due to her hormonal fluctuations, your pregnant wife may get angry, sad, emotional for no reason..

Some pregnancies see the mother having terrible morning sickness throughout. Not to mention allergies and a host of other pregnancy-related ailments.

Some are easy pregnancy, with the mom just like her normal, un-pregnant stuff.

But a good rule of thumb is to keep on being nice and accommodating to your wife. The usual don't let her do anything heavy duty for the duration of the pregnancy. Be nice to her eventhough she just bit your head off, you know, the usual things. smile.gif

Good luck!

You have additional responsibilities rest upon your shoulders and try to live up within your capacity to the expectations from your wife and your child.

the most important is DO NOT FOOL AROUND!
It's not easy for women to carry a baby for 10 months, it is very exhausting, worrying and she has to sacrifice alot.
Treat her well and after delivery, she may get post natal depression as well. Therefore, you have to spend more time with her and your baby & give her as much support as you can.

Btw, congratulations!

the most important thing is money....
you will spend a lot of money on a baby and that's for sure......
quite smoking, drinking and something negative for your family....
be a good husband and a good papa

btw congratulations to you....
