Dude seriously u have no idea what does it feels to have anxiety disorder, you dont know how depressing and painful the pain is, and u dnt know how it feels to go to the local hospital and the doctors show their malasness and give u meds for gastric when u are not having one.

And FYI i never took meds for my anxiety disorder and thats y i need to go to the specialist.

Lately I've been getting anxious alot, for no apparent reason. I mean i'm facing slight changes in my life and its all part of growing up. But the anxiety is killing me literally. And i need to find the root of it and treat it..any help around?

Ever thought of natural remedies? Analyze the root cause of all your anzieties? Maybe there are ways to rectify them without any medication? Or you can modify your activities in order to reduce the anxieties that they bring on?

I just read on medicinenet.com that reducing/stopping your consumption of caffeine products (coffee/tea/colas/chocolate), exercise, having a balanced healthy diet, getting conselling and practising stress management techniques such as yoga and meditation can help you control or lessen your symptoms. http://www.medicinenet.com/anxiety/page3.htm

Converse to the above opinion on caffeine, I just read that taking chocolate is good as it has magnesium content which 'triggers endorphin release and creates that immediate happy feeling' http://ezinearticles.com/?Natural-Anxiety-...sium&id=1877925

According to many websites and a book that I have read, one of the signs of magnesium deficiency is the onslought of anxiety. So it might be a good idea for you to look into that.
