Hi, but look like your floors still quite small area,
Maybe you can consider on Roomba 561.
The 561 should be good enough to cover for 3 bedroom & living + dinner area.
Also come with scheduler and normal filter can be wash as well.

Compare Scooba and Mint PlusClean which one is better?
I read over information you had provide. Scooba seems like running without any "cloth" but with brush and Mint PlusClean is using a piece of "cloth".

Is it scooba using a method like spilt water on floor > brush it > vacuum dirt water to tank?

Mint PlusClean seems like spilt water on "cloth" > mop the floor > Untill the water empty?

If normal thinking, both are not bad. Mint PlusClean with mop & Scooba with brushes. Compare to cleaness which one perform well?

Hi,

I only explain for few words.

The mint is just like using the wet cloth to mop over your dinner table, if oily base how many cloth do you need mop & wash with dish soap?

The Scooba just like the washing machine, after dirty and can change water by every mins per runs.

i have never been a happier man before, pet furs, debris and dirt always bothering me. after I bought iRobot 780 from kimsim, my life has changed and I never have to worry about dirty floor. My floor are always clean & shine now, just schedule it to run twice a week, more than enof.

but i am still not yet try for this model.

maybe is more reliable than the Neato XV-11.

actually i wanna to invest irobot for my house which i will get the keys end of this year. wat i am concern now is the waranty period bcoz i will only start using next year. So there is 4-5 month at least wasted.
