coz they can see the potential there = ) or just follow the way wind blow...or just visiting there to make up number. Anyway, if there is buyer = there is development & investment.

Still ,Can't denied it - Cyberjaya property market are targeting expat community .Hence, most of the new project minimum price is above 500k.

From expats point of view -
most of them currently lived in KL (traffic congestion ,security problem, pollution, crowded) but work in cyberjaya (travel for about 30 min - 1 hour everyday to work). So the developer targeting them to stay in cyberjaya.Advantage to live in Cyberjaya - 5 line highway, (and connected by 4 main highway SKVE,LDP,MEX,ELITE) near klia ,police department which install inspira type patrol car (shows that the government allocate more funds to maintain the police station in cyberjaya), infrastructure well maintain , better overall city management (no hawker, no illegal parking, no beggar/homeless crawling around) No need travel to work everyday and most important thing , They (expat) can afford to buy the unit with the price as it is.

Local buying the unit? It's still a win situation for developer.

rclxms.gif agree time prove everything , But if you were to put yourself as an expat, someone who come from europe for E.G and working in cyberjaya, which area out of the 2 will you choose ? smile.gif

If local people tend to avoid living in KL, i can't understand why foreigner will want to stay there unsure.gif
