yeap. I see Rottweiler as a guard dog in Garden Residence, Cyberjaya. The SEMI D there is still cheap - only between 1.4m - 1.6Mm depending on which precinct you are buying. Location wise, is also very strategic, 7 minutes to the IOI resort city mall.
