Expensive is subjective to different people with different earning capacity. Simple as that.

Cheap property is available if someone wants it. It's not like EACH AND EVERY PROPERTY is above 500k. The difference is 3 years ago, 500k will net you a very different property compared to now. People just need to lower their expectations. But cheap property is available.
