Note: I noticed that the construction progress is quite slow actually. Workmanship so far noticed that quite good. Hopefully the landscape can create "wow" factor as per their video demo - blue sky, greenish trees with colorful flowers, fruit trees, fountains, clear water in lakes.
Looking forward to this project.

I agree. Don't think there will b any wow factor too.
The site is big. Still Plenty of landscape required to be done. New semi D going to launch soon. Wonder what's the pricing? Must b from Rm 2.0 mil onwards.

SA said they still need another 1 mth to complete the landscape.
They even said that they will build a demo at islands area to prove / demo the lake water quality will be super nice with their latest technology in next 1-2 mths.
Can't wait to see the actual condition of SEG especially landscape and water quality for islands.

I think there is walkway along the perimeter of the lake however fencing will prevent non islands resident physically accessing the water. Meant that you can see the lake but you can't go in which no doubt is a big disappointment to non islands residents.

For privacy issue, you can plant some flower, trees along the fence to block other ppl seeing through.

What abt like this?

In term of security, I think it's easier to climb brick wall than fencing.
Personally i prefer fencing than brick wall.
