Yes for internal renovation but no for external renovation due to strata title, if I am not wrong.

I don't think is expensive. The double storey 22x75 in Kinrara without gng selling for 945k.

Went to the sales office on last Sunday, not much progress for the sale of LV in mainland. People are waiting for new launching? The price of LV in island definitely will be higher than mainland...confirmed by SA.

This is my understanding from SA. Mainland residents are not allowed to enter the island. Only for island resident.
