ya, you can opt to go nepal, balangadesh to get lowest operation cost with no infrastructure available to you.

currency flowing out of the country is not good. Especially buying imported good. That is why gov is increasing duty. ultimately, you need to be sure how to sustain you economy and job security.

buying power go last.
*
Well...well....USA branded items are mostly manufactured in Bangladesh, a shift from China & Vietnam. Manhattan, a fashion & trends capitalist are filled with goods from Bangladesh. I would not breathe a word about Nepal or Bangladesh if i havent step on her soil. About infrastructure, do you mean factories, dirt road or bullet trains & sub ways???

you know need to challenge the argument. What we can see here is bangladesh and nepal is coming here to work.

what our concern is everyone has job security is the most important. I dont want our citizen to work 1 day and rest 10 days. this happen to many places even 1st world country.
*
Firstly you got wrong about the 2 countries. Bro...you should travel and see the world besides only concentrating on SEG! AS for cross border labor...its very common in the global market, thats why you see see Nepalese & Deshis. Malaysians who worked abroad, if they work 1 day and rest 10days, then they should come back to their grass land.

Wow this forum is so exciting. I still like the concept of SEG. Currently I am staying near the forest reserve & enjoying the cool breeze from the jungle on the hills. Surprisingly, temperate crops are doing well over here.

Anybody think budget 2014 would make a diff? Esp in loan approvals & buying sentiments?
*
Budget 2014 will be an unfavorable one. Will be working to reduce deficits and hence will introduce GST. After Merdeka...petrol went up. This will hamper public from buying properties that are still escalating in prices. Once interest rates are revised, mortgage will go up and some people will let go their properties.

Marine, good to be vigilant but I have heard the exact statement since 2007. If I listen to all advices and didn't buy any, I will be banging my head to the wall straight

Buy with study, buy with game plan, buy with worst case scenario, buy with fundamental. Anytime is a good buy
*
yEP.. dont listen to bias or unsearchable opinions from friends, relatives or neighbors. Its better for an individual to do thorough research about the global economy & how it affects everybody. One minute they said US is in deep shit & next minute.."oh US is recovering". To me US is still in deep shit ..not all states but certain uncompetitive states. There are some beautiful sates worth living though.

But our property prices went up on 2010 due to hot money flows from countries stimulating QE. Prices went up due to foreigners snapping up our properties, hence properties' prices are rocket high. Some local property gurus dont say these & said"location location location". I think i am going to write a property book soon..LOL
