QUOTE(aztechx @ Mar 13 2011, 03:25 AM) his balls are awesome! (However gay that might have sounded) seriously...i tot he was clearing the ball instead of volleying lob it...i was like WOW is that a pass?i wish we had someone to replace him that can spray the ball around the field like that..guess that the high defensive backline of arsenal after going behind made things so much easier for him.. |

Anyone disagree with me that Gibson plays well if not great today? Look at the pass from the left side, two crosses, two opportunities to score? Keep thing simple in the middle, did not get robbed, although he din tackle, but he kept possession even if they're not really noticable, most probably because the ball is quickly sprayed, either to the backline / keeper or the strikers.
Evra is not up to his standard, while O'Shea, being O'Shea.. is dangerous. He should've close down Sagna much more after Evra is subbed, instead his defending far away from Sagna while Sagna crosses, an inch perfect cross. Two times. Dangerous. And Chic cannot play wing. He sucks playing wing. He was born for the CF role. Too much running can make him lose his focus, like the wtf header away from goal. Must be tired. |

QUOTE(mhyug @ Mar 13 2011, 03:26 AM) aa now thats a bit off.he still isnt 100% imo.looked after himself more, but its a given with long and horrific injuries.with games under his belt his confidence to go full swing will be back. my statement over exaggerated maybe, haha, but hes pace and crossing does give something fresh back to our game..so glad to have him back since we seem a bit lost without nanis trickery down the wings..and its going to be exciting watching what kind of players the da silva brothers turn out to be in the next few years..i actually thought fabio would miss the goal when his ball kept flying upwards.. |

I think gibbo did well... At least dun give away the ball n make the game tick...Evra is not up to his standard, while O'Shea, being O'Shea.. is dangerous. Must be tired. but as for evra, i think its his normal day today.plus i doubt he is 100% fit after weve seen him withdrawn.this has raised my appetite for the midweek cl game.bring the french man on!!! |

In fact , our midfield sort of "invite" them to our half for many occasion. Evra's form is quite roller-coaster but last season Evra > this season Evra Evra is not up to his standard, while O'Shea, being O'Shea.. is dangerous.
