not only launcher pro bro..
in fact all .apk files can be launch using file explorer like Astro or ES..

you can even use more advance tool like adb to push apps to phone

you mean LauncherPro or LauncherPro Plus.. if LauncherPro, can directly download from Market.. but if you had LauncherPro Plus "other version", you can put in SDcard and use file explorer i.e Astro, ES File Explorer to install that apk file..
