how about you remove that weather widget first and add it back..

Bro. I assume that animation following my current htc stock weather widget. Whenever it shows raining then it will show raining animation. How do I solve this, I already unticked at the setting. But it still there.

But even my DHD stock rom have some issue too - yesterday my battery left about 3%, I plug in my charger, the phone straight away restart itself.  It is the first time this happen, although not a concern at all but just an abnormally, maybe.

This morning still v9 , now v10 pg 6 
now use SPB until boring ad.

u using WL? under WL > Setting > look and feel > Htc weather animations > disable.

every custom will have minor issues.. that's y need to flash different rom to see it is stable / suitable for our need or not.. but i understand, as you are busy now so can't focusing more on phone..

but i've heard somewhere in XDA regarding your DHD issue, same problem also. but i forgot what is the solution to it.

actually, im loving android and its hackability.. but im starting to get pissed of at android manufacturers. Samsung with their software (gps issue!!) and plastics, motorola with motoblur.. Im loving HTC still as htc desire and DesireHD has not let me down yet.. still, seeing those Tegra2 special games and its not rolled out to all models really pisses me off man.. hahahahaha.. Why would i invest a dualcore android where when quadcore android arrives, im not able to run newer stuffs anymore? And we all sorta know that snapdragon is falling back, pity HTC.. And the API control of some android rendering system is totally hardware tied.. sigh..

I guess that i wish for a phone that i can browse net for at least 3x longer what im capable of doing on DesireHD, whatsapp with friends, online using YM whenever i want without worrying bout batterylife draining like Air Terjun one, play some casual games, try some high end games a few times, bugfix roll out in shortly when bug discovered and such..
i was still thinking btw, its a longgg wayyyy to go before iPhone5 is out.. who knows, i might win a lottery and get  a HTC Desire HD2 + iPhone 5.. lol.. but i do hope google has BIG PLANS to improve android's enviroment.. its is currently already great and a step over iOS, but if they can try to do what Apple practice all these while, Apple sure bankrupt la
