+1~ as u can see, DHD dealbreaker isnt it's battery life~ hehe~ especially for heavy users~ moderate users can probably last for 1 day ( me 2 tho ) n heavy basically needs a battery booster or extended battery or the 10k maH thingy~ but if u like 4.3", then go for DHD~
still, just saying, up to self preferences actually in the end

it doesnt say root doesnt void your warranty though~ ehehe~ still, good news is a good news~
