Guys, a question if I may. Why can't I log in to my US PSN account? Is it still down? Because I can already log in to my MY account. Anyone having the same problem?

this lens problem at the front page, does it still plague the ps3??if so lets say the unit is still under warranty can get fixed but if not, how much will it cost??

also how is the reliability of the new slims being released??any issues??

you know it used to be very easy buying consoles...these days you need a wealth of info.from price to place to buy and to how to take care of them.

one more thing, this might sound stupid, but hows the security of the psn??i mean were connecting the consoles to internet...virus and etc x kacau ka?

ok, i updated my ps3 firmware from 3.50 to 3.66 from the file i downloaded from this thread. and then i registered my psn id using my ps3,i can't use pc to register because the site is under maintainance. so is there anything else i need to do?

I just bought a ps3 slim since my old 1 died but i can't seem to register it online since i wasn't sure if i inputted the serial and model number correctly though i think i did but it kept saying invalid x_X what gives...

Yeah i will be doing that but apparently i have a new problem now. It seems the ps3 seems to keep flickering/blinking at the xmb. I'm not really sure whether is my monitor issue, the cable or the ps3 itself. My monitor can support 1080 resolution and i was using a hdmi cable to connect to it. I have double checked everything though i have not tested it on another lcd screen nor another hdmi cable but im really hoping that is not the ps3's gpu thats faulty.

can u guys connect the headphone to usb port and stream all the audio straight to usb headphone? coz me tv in my room and i share the room so if roommate sleeping, i wont disturb him

i bought a cheap china usb headphone for rm60 with mic, but i connect it i can only hear the mic... maybe its only for online gaming, but game audio still come out from tv

can i just use a router to make a connection

ps3(1) > lan cable > router port 1
ps3(2) > lan cable > router port 2

or use wifi???

This solution i tried already while browsing the Playstation Forums but I still can't get it to work. I'm buying from Asian Region, I used Malaysia address. Previously I can buy things no problem but now this thing comes up. And I don't live in a flat or apartment. Another thing is, when i type the cc number, under Billing Information, it says update complete. But as soon as I go in to PSN again, it says you want to add funds to 5142xxxxxxxx. What I don't understand is, i just only typed in the correct CC no. and the 3 digit pass number for the CC correctly and this things happen. Anybdy else can help?
