Yes if wanna pay myself, sure very2 expensive right.
You think what will doctors do? Put screws on my joint?
i dislocated my knee during aikido practice 9 years back. slightly overstretched 3 tendons. basically my calves twisted 90degrees sidewaysYes if wanna pay myself, sure very2 expensive right.
for the first 6 months, i cannot run. walking is a problem as i need to be 110% careful on where i'm stepping or risk dislocate my knee again. after 6 month i can start jogging and do aikido and karate. but sometime can feel the knee like going to dislocate with popping sounds.
ended i bought knee support and wear it everytime i'm moving. only remove for sleeping and baths. after 2 years fully recovered.
you need to really take care of your shoulders for it to heal properly. other than supports, you need to exercise it for the muscle to build to help to support the "loosen" parts.
2nd. if you wanted to claim insurance, make sure talk to the doctor. this is a 7 years ago injuries. if you bought your insurance AFTER your injuries and you didn't declare for it. insurance company will decline the claim as it's an old injuries.
