 Water leakage in the wall..., any expert to recommend?

i agree you need to fix it. options that i can see:

1) hack open and follow piping until leak is found

2) terminate piping system (clear of water) and install new piping system.

if you want to get rid of glued connections on PVC piping you can explore the clamp system from buteline.com.my (got PE and PB piping with it). the clamp system is fantastic if its closed its closed for good. PB is also very very flexible - less headache i reckon. got it for the entire house (hot&cold water) and very happy with it.
