Penang times square is a heavy burden for this company...
Since they get a loan from bankers to complete this project, but now only 50% of the commercial area being rented out, their MD says hoping to get 80% of rented area by year end but i doubt so..
Most consumers from Penang choose to ignore this shopping mall due to better alternative, eg. newly built 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall offering cheap IT stuff as well as various clothings choices

EPF has ceased to a substansial shareholder. I will refrain from making any comments about the stock. However, in my honest opinon, EPF will not resort to such a drastic move without a subtansiated reason. This is generally a very negative signal to the investment community. EPF is not even exiting at a profit. It has exited at a loss. EPF picked up the shares after IPO. Ive been through all the filings. Furthermore, there are also bankers that told me recently that their IPO application had been rejected at least twice due to certain iregularties. Buy at your own risk

EPF to me is not an easy investment institution to follow....but why must we follow them they only give a return of less than 7% a year....by following EPF you may only get half of that if you are lucky...

Hmmmm. I can recall clearly that their prospectus indcated a yearly return of 20% for Times Square(clearly inconsitent with what you are saying). Furthermore, It is a new mall from what I've heard. I've had a look at their books and their gearing is quite high. I wonder how long they can sustain this level of occupancy. I hope this is not another Transmile

but problem is -- the fundamental is having some problem here...

If the market think it is not good than it wouldn't cross the 1.02. it will just slide on the resistance line.....
