Penang times square is a heavy burden for this company...
Since they get a loan from bankers to complete this project, but now only 50% of the commercial area being rented out, their MD says hoping to get 80% of rented area by year end but i doubt so.. Most consumers from Penang choose to ignore this shopping mall due to better alternative, eg. newly built 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall offering cheap IT stuff as well as various clothings choices |
