i have a friend who drank herbal life and got kidney failure
he lost tons of weight but hes on dialisis now...

so if ur unlucky ur body does not adapt to herbal life thats it for ur life.

some ppl drink for life has no problem.

besides that, there is high sugar content in the drinks.

well i dont think its healthy by replacing ur meal for herbal life instead adopt the real healthy method by controlling ur food portion and eating the healthy stuff or cutting carbs and exercise.

herbal life is just calories like glucose carb and abit of protiens which is called the basic nutrient

same if u eat a piece of fruit
u get the samething but people tend to over eat it withot realizing.
