any idea applying the herbalife product got any side effect? like herbalife tea powder, fruit powder mix with the multigrain and real fruits?

i dont know whether this is related or not.. but most of my friends who drinks herbalife are kinda middle aged.. around 30 +.. and most of them are having hair loss.. kinda botak at the top part.. dunno is coz age or.....

hmm last time my sis selling this product, i also gave it a try lah for 2,3 months. What i can say is, the product is expensive, the taste is awful, and i dont see any good results. So i would say, its not worth it.

Agreed.. last time brought from my friends too.. The taste is very yucky & worst it doesn't show any result.. When i drank the 5th time i already felt wanna vomit..

oh well. im drinking it also. I didnt know its so expensive.

my friend just gave me a package of Rm850 and i thought it was so expensive, and i bought it and i realized there's a package which is RM200-300 something. now i have 1 more bottle at home, and i seriously duno how 2 finish it

For result, if you drink by what they asked you, you may slim. but its suffering.

i got edema, i lost 1 kg per day by drinking that tea. it shocks me, oh well its only good for edema i think, but its like burning my stomach.

but this product, you cannot consume more than 3 mths because its nutrition product that drink too much will affect your kidney.

You wouldn't need such products if you can control your lifestyle.

Wouldn't it just be better to just have fresh fruit and grains then all this prepacked dried instant mixes?

Yeah, just use the money to buy fresh food and grain. Most important is discipline yourself to control your lifestyle. I don't think product like this can make miracle.

Huh recently nearby my dad working place open healthy food shop. Main product herbalife. They will blend the drink to you. One month dont know pay how much? So they advice my dad to buy their 6months product worth +-RM5k after discount if want follow the plan. In long term cheaper compare pay every month plan.

The only customers are lazy ones who doesnt deserve to be healthly, even if they paid premium to achieve it. Did your dad offered "spoonfeeding" service too?

I understand is own decision to buy or not.

The shop provide blend drink meal trial like RM30 for five days. Normal one meal need RM10.00, they will blend with fruits. So for long term they advice buy the product which you can blend yourself at home or add small fees they will blend for you. What concern me is any side effect on this product?

well, i've been taking it for some time.
no hair loss, no kidney problem

bottom line, if you try it & it works for you & you can afford it & happy with it. go ahead.

Ic, you go cheak-up after consume for sometime? I think this kind of shop seem open at every taman coz saw broucher ad free trial one meal few weeks ago.

I attended a Herbalife Health Seminar. They have a good product but I haven't bought a product because I have no enough money.

I dont like the taste. But what is the main purpose you drink this product? If for slimming then it is an expensive product and in the end I gave. So I try something else which I can eat normally. Have you heard of easecox, I try it for 1+ month and my belly which looks like 5 months pregnant now become smaller to 3months. I also give a good health to your body. You can PM me for more info

Been taking it for one month.
Decided to try coz since I started working I dun have time to prepare n choose healthy meal n most of the time ended up with fastfood or typical Malaysian food with hi calories. Within 2 years Of working life, I gained from 49 to 64kg (no gym, unhealthy meals, got married n happy --> more unhealthy meals)
Figured herbalife cud help me in term of providing gud nutrition on the go, in a way dat I only need 5 minutes to consume healthy nutrition in the middle of my hectic job.

And with herbalife I lost 4 kg in a month.
Repeated blood test after one month --> reduced cholesterol level, kidney n liver function not altered.
So will continue wit herbalife n will rpt blood investigation routinely.
Tolerated the taste well, since I have vanilla, choc, cappucino n strawberry flavour hence cn alternate the taste.

I personally know 2 people who became quite slim after drinking herbalife but i think there are definitely more that doesn't work out for them, just that we didn't know cos we didn't ask them.

My friends that drink this are really enthusiastic about the product, keep promoting to the others... mlm i guess...

well... they say complexion become clearer and fairer etc, I personally couldn't spot the difference.

And I guess if I ask them whether got adverse side effect or not... duhh... of course they will say not... since they are trying so hard to promote it...

Bought herbalife product once and that's it....hehe

you're taking the product for what purpose?

there's no side effects of this product,
there are only cons; such as...
- expensive, price increases every year if not mistaken
- slow result
- if you stop when you get the result, then your body will change back to normal
