Since your specification are not clear, below is the not so clear cost for you to start with:-I am planning to renovate the following;

1. Extend back of the kitchen (22x5, 110sqft) - RM15,000
2. Install new kitchen cabinet, chip board(depending on length & height) - RM5,000
3. plaster ceiling(1,000 sqft) with downlights - RM5500
4. install new autogate - RM3000
5. New tiles on the car porch(440 sqft) - RM2500
Total = RM31,000
Don't ask me to justify. Just pluck from the sky.
