Used to have same issue with you but without any pus. See the doctor for 3 weeks continuously,test is all negative. Taken medicine still the same. The doctor suggest me go to surgery dep to ask for the pro. Then I try search online during that period and found, consume cranberry(juice) could help to reduce the pain during urinating. After i drink for 2 days +.
