3days ago i received an unprotected oral sex but protected vagina sex. Im not sure if the girl is clean but the next day i had diarrhea and was super tired even though i get as much as sleep i could.

So far there’s no STDs symptoms but only tiredness.
Should i go for STD testing or wait until the symptoms shows up since im still inside the window period

Herpes normally show up in the first 2 weeks and u should have lesion at your penis head.
Based on medhelp.org, in order to get herpes during oral sex, the person would have an active lesion at that time. Did you see any lesion on the lips before oral sex? if no then should be quite safe.

Is she someone you know? it could be awkward but at least if someone you know, you still can ask

Similarly if you are the one giving oral, lesion will appear at your mouth or lips area if indeed she has herpes within a week or 2. How long was that since exposure?

Sometimes a person can shred the virus even though there's no visible lesion as I read it online.. this is why it's hard to prevent herpes unless that person is confirmed tested negative for it..

Quite common. More than you would know. A lot of people with HSV do not even know they have it.

HSV1 is more visible and pretty common. Can be transmitted from parent/adults to kids when they are young. Lots of parents kiss their kids, share utensils/linens. Plenty of aunties/uncles kiss their nephew/nieces when they are young too. HSV2 on the other hand, we don't really talk about it unless you are in a relationship with that person or both of you are naked in bed.
HSV tests can also have false positives, which is why it's not very commonly encouraged by doctors (if I'm not mistaken). The last I ask for a full HSV test, the doctor said something like that.

I know long term married couples (>30 years marriage) where one of the them has HSV and the other has never shown any symptoms. Some of them don't even know what HSV is. I guess it really depends on your immune system as well.
Yes, HSV is by skin contact. Condoms don't protect you from HSV.
