Greetings, would like seeks everyone opinions on this.

Recently, I having red dot rash itchy n a bit pain on my pen*s head n foreskin. Then it spread throughout the whole foreskin turning red like been burn. Was treated with cream n anti-fungal medicine by my GP. Seems works n recovery after a week but now after a week from recovery the itching returns n I saw red dots coming back. First occur after having sex 1 weeks b4. Anyone have similar experience?

Due to above scenario, I got worry n go for blood test at BP LAB. Just got the result HIV negative but got result for HSV -1 igg = 1.59 n HSV-2 igg = 1.01. The doctor at BP told me nothing to worry about HSV-2 after I confirm that I got cold sores on my mouth since I was kid. The doctor claims since I have HSV-1 the result on HSV-2 sure affected. Having experience on cold sores n there no such lesion on my genital area until now. Probably false positive since so low result as been told by the doctor. Is this true, share your thoughts.

Hi there,
What kind of tests u done?
(HSV, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea (this is tested by urine tests), Trichomoniasis (swab tests) )

Basically HSV1 and HSV2 is same, just one of them like to live in your mouth, and other choose to stay down. And HSV is normally prominent (meaning u will see the symptoms unlike Chlamydia,Syphilis and Gonorrhea that u may not know if you are infected because they don't show up).

If you have done all and results negative, then you're like me. Are u circumcised? Try to wash frequently and use very mild type of soap. Best to ensure it is clean each time u take a pee, it improve the condition (at least for me).

Best is to have a urologist to check on it.

Can it be transmitted by light kissing?

Me and my partner going for scheduled blood test every 3 months, sometimes more for him especially when he travel a lot for work.  So far everything is fine.

Can I get bacterial infection if I didn't dry properly after washing?

i would not recommend to kiss if your partner or you are having an outbreak (herpes). Other that than its okay to kiss.

bacterial infection for female i think is quite common, so have to maintain good hygiene.
Yup always dry it up after washing.

kinda strange, how come both of u do regular blood test every 3 months? always change partner?? rclxub.gif

I'm gay actually. Me and my partner pressured each other for health check up because of trust issue, God knows how many men he might be kissing out there when he travel for work.

So far everything is fine but there's nothing wrong with being paranoid when it comes STD. We just want to protect ourselves.

edit:
That bacterial infection I'm talking about is penis actually. Yes I do wash after urinating but is there any risk of infection if I didn't dry properly?
*
yes, some ppl have red rashes (some kind of bad bacteria on the skin) especially if uncircumcised or near 30s.
just dry it up after every wash enuff edi.

std not a concern, hiv is.
stay safe nod.gif

Circumcise? Is that necessary? I'm 26 and Chinese, higher risk now? icon_question.gif

But thanks again for the info.

just 26 and u may have an active sex life up 40+
circumcise can toughen your foreskin, so less chances of virus/bacteria goes into the skin but u may lose some sensitivity .. so think properly yourself.
if want to circumcise, find a well recommend one, don just cincai find a clinic because if their stitching is not good it may look weird brows.gif

good luck. nod.gif

Okay guy, need your advice.

I had blowjob and sex from a random girl at pub, long time ago using condom. And since then, I am afraid of contracting any forms of STD or HIV.
Roughly almost a year back or probably dated back 10 months.
From what I know, there's no complication or whatsover during this time
My penis foreskin when i retract it has white small spots, not pain and doesn't cause any discomfort. So the problem is it still late to check for STD or HIV test considering the window period?
If no where can I refer to? Everyday i keep thinking of contracting this sorts of diseases. Can't study peacefully lol.

Please advice me guys,
Thanks

If your using condom, not likely you will have hiv. Just get your blood checked for stds and hiv to be sure. 10 months should be well over the window period, so it is good time to get checked.

also pls update us once your results out, thanks and good luck thumbup.gif

Like many other women, I also believed that if the doctor didn’t call me, there was no problem. It took 2-3 weeks before I received my test results, and I was shocked to hear the diagnosis of cervical disease due to a persistent HPV infection. Immediately following this news, I underwent treatment with Cervugid Ovules  recommended by my obgyn. First I took 3 boxes of Cervugid Ovules with break between them 7 days and after 6 months another 3 boxes. Thankfully, I had an excellent support system and trust in my doctor who made sure I did everything I could to eliminate this problem.
I am happy to report that since 2014, I am free of cervical HPV infection. My message for women is to not take your health for granted, and take steps to prevent cervical HPV from happening. Don’t wait! Go for your regular physician check-ups, and pay attention to what you can do to control and manage your health, especially if you have a young family depending upon you. You don’t want to be surprised with these results like I was, and you don’t want to depend on the doctor to remind you or call you – double check what you need and take your own action.
