Anybody knows where I can get the above distributor? Need to purchase in bulk. Or anybody supplying it in bulk? Thanks!

this case not bad

This distributor is very irresponsible ,

i apply reseller time , call office nobody pickup , send email ignore i send few days few times.

i call to jb , jb redirect me to this desmond.

i claim 2 apple charger , only one charger is changed (one is got sign mark by us ) (when send back i need to pay courier , (when return he keep on ask to buy other items ship together more worth)

when he receive the item , he didnt inform , i called him he say already send,

after few days didnt receive back the apple 3 in 1 charger.................

called again he ask for courier bank in to return .

he insist is ok , he returned ,didnt tell he didnt change one unit. one unit was replaced,one intermitent unit didnt replaced.

right now i send back usb to ps/2 adapter , box already disfigured when arrived.(though box only nvm)

i tested it after 3 days, faulty , frustrated , inform him he say noted.

after that email and sms , msn dont want to reply.

last last i called his handphone ,tell him i send back use pos registered.after few days he didnt reply my email ,i inform my tracking number .


he try to make excuse like slow to reach , i tell i already check is arrive but nobody pick up , i called pos malaysia tol number.they give claim card.

i tell nobody pick up , pos malaysia give and ask them to pickup , right now dont want to pickup ,dont want to reply my msn email i reforward etc. i check status also didnt take, didnt inform anything /

i notice he may already knew the item is faulty , he just want to force another batch order when faulty item is send to claim warranty.

the sales manager desmond(lian kang lim ) ,

if the item is purposely dont want to claim parcel , returned i will complain to consumer rights.


already all acerey item is 3 months warranty only, now first day received faulty cannot detect, dont want to responsible.

non of distributor did this , avoid claim , just acerey.
