Market open ppl disposed, then buy back - 2nd session ppl disposed again - b4 CI closed buy again so estimated CI at 1500 - pattern since 2 weeks ago.

Main killer: depreciation, impairment and amortisation
31/12/2010 = (1,796,475)
31/12/2009 = (813,901)
It doubled.

last few Quarter very strong, who know 后劲不足。。。。

Blu cheat also can lose money one, but rather excusable like Genting.

KUALA LUMPUR: Some minority shareholders of PLUS EXPRESSWAYS BHD [] – which is being taken over by a consortium comprising UEM Group Bhd and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) -- walked out the EGM on Wednesday, Feb 23.

The EGM was to deliberate on the offer from a joint venture between UEM Group and the EPF for the assets and liabilities of the company for RM23 billion or RM4.60 per share.

Chanting “Illegal EGM”, some of these minority shareholders walked out the banquet hall where the EGM was held at PLUS Menara Korporat, Persada PLUS KM15, Lebuhraya Baru Lembah Klang.

These unhappy shareholders said their vote against the resolution and show of hands were ignored by PLUS board.

last few days i feel regret that throw Axiata at 4.95 last few weeks, now i feel luckly... i still no idea why Axiata lose money....

From what I know, depreciation, impairment and amortisation refering to company assets (tangible & intagible).
Don't tell me they re-evaluate their assets and report the depreciated value in Q4.
Correct me if I am wrong, I still learning.

Impairment Idea Accounting adjustment minus 1B .

Now they are talking of positive cashflow of 6.3B from the businesses, and paying 10sen dividend.

During the current quarter, the Group recorded a total impairment of RM1,085.0 million
on its investment in an associate, Idea Cellular Limited (“Idea”) in conjunction with the
impairment assessment requirement under FRS 136 “Impairment Of Assets”. The
impairment test was undertaken following an impairment indicator arising from the
shortfall between the carrying value and market value of the Group’s investment in India
as well as intense competition following the entry of a number of new operators into the
Indian market.

so many cheap stocks around but really not dare to pick it up..... we are playing with psycholocy war when market up up UP only ppl buying, when down and doom nobody care to press the buy button !!!! if i can do this into reality in shares market i think i can earn a lot more than now ..... sigh still cannot reverse mine old habits......
