tension high need good swing speed and good hitting accuracy also (as what you say the smaller sweetspot), not just some bull power; and beside smash, can you really perform well also on your backhand, lob, drive, defense when you upgrade the tension?

but i saw wave lighting 7 at jusco queensbay.....rm249 less 30%  = rm168 ( last day sale...u can get discount voucher at customer service for 30%, otherwise no discount )
you can get wave lighting 7 also at the badminton shop opp sunshine sq....i was quoted rm190 after discount. the badminton shop also hv wave angle rm240 after discount.
i also saw wave stardom ex ( cant remember the discount mayb 30% or 50% ) at WOS gurney plaza...WOS hv discount on most mizuno shoes rite now.
at jusco queenbay also hv wave blocker at 50% discount rm150...

i tried to look for yonex shb-85 and higher models with 3 layer cushion but i cant find it anywhere in pg only can find ultima

It means, u can prestretch the string to 5,10 or 15% and not 10% only.^^

besides the obvious answer from koooko, the % is calculated based on your desired tension

e.g: 25lbs + (10% of 25lbs) = 25 + 2.5 = 27.5..so prestretch the string at 27lbs then string it at 25lbs
