Hi there, I'd like some advice and views from you guys.
I'm a very average player currently using Yonex Muscle Power 27. I'd like to upgrade but only willing to spend up to RM250 for a new racquet. Can you guys recommend something? I don't have good strength so stiff racquets would not be in my league. I read flexible racquets would help? Thanks! |

QUOTE After winning the YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships, World No. 1 Lee Chong Wei(VOLTRIC 80) played for the Guangzhou Yueyu in the China Badminton Super League. Besides, other big names, Taufik Hidayat(ARCZSTH), Koo Kien Keat(ARC8DX) and Tan Boon Heong(TI10)also joined the team. http://www.yonex.com/interests/news_b/user...gory1=Topix#270The league has same game system as Sudirman Cup; Men and Women's Singles, Men and Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles. On Thursday, March 17, the Guangzhou Yueyu faced Zhejiang Yinjiang and Chong Wei was welcomed by huge cheering spectators. He won his debut match of China League against Du Pengyu with score of 14-21 21-19 21-10. Chong Wei played against Luo Cheng of Bayi Dongling Liangyou on Saturday and defeated him with straight scores 21-10 21-9. Lee Chong Wei has started to use YONEX's new racquet, VOLTRIC 80 since the All England. Here are his main impressions for his new weapon. 1. Faster smash speed. 2. Better handling. 3. More accurate control. Chong Wei raised his attack to the next level by swinging this racquet. For the promotion of badminton, an event was held on Sunday, March 20th at Guangdong Experimental High school where badminton is the strongest sports of the school. Chong Wei participated in the event and played with students, including students' family and media. There were about 500 people came to the event and in front of them, Chong Wei presented game shirt with his autograph. Students commented that they were grateful to YONEX for having this wonderful opportunity. hehee |
