 Mentari Court & Mentari Court Apartment

wan to ask what the different between Mentari Court & Mentari Court Apartment.
some people say mentari court 1 & mentari court 2.
i went to see, mentari court is right beside leisure commerce and mentari court apartment is right beside suria mas.
which there have 2 difference main entrance but i dunno they can link together or not.
for mentari court entrance, it is full of car/taxi outside while for mentari court apartment entrance is quite quiet.

i plan to buy it for my own stay, but just wanna ask whether this 2 got different or not, as i look in iproperty, all are refer as mentari court.
btw are the building have construct issue? which like lagoon perdana, pipe or cracking issue which make me giveup my mind.
and how about the security, car park and house, i dun hope my new bought vios get stolen sad.gif nor when i going back my hometown, my house get break-in.

No issue... but there very messy...

if i not mistaken ... Block A,B,C completion abt 5 years ago and G,H these are new completion ( mostly 2 years)

i went there to survey too.. near KTM but enviromnet there very scary & messy....

Parking also is one of the issue... you sd want to buy 1...wat the price offer and does it include car park?

u mean environment scary & messy due to too many car & people around the guardhouse?
as i only travel by car, most probably will just drive in and straight sit lift to my house, so should able to avoid interact with foreigner.

i haven find agent to gone tru the apartment yet, just navi on iproperty and the price should be around 140k. why parking is a issue? if the unit come with car park?
so for own stay the new completion will be better deal and for rental, old block will better right? are both block can pass by inside?

the place is a bit rundown. and to no prejudice, it is also crowded by africans, which to some extent .... erm.. u know what i mean...

the pathway to ktm is extremely dark and you hardly find a light.... but somehow there are leisure commerce square guards guarding the overhead bridge... but only near the ktm side and not the pathway which is about 150m long to junction that leads to mentari court.

the elevator is vandalized by fire on the buttons and rather poorly maintained. A lot of my friends staying there are seeking way out... dont pull yourself in...

fork out some more money and get a 200k+ unit at faber height or faber ria... those 2 are equipped with top notch security despite being 15 years old and very well maintained as well

Faber Height is really quick a good condo. Stayed there previously, it is amazing that such a old condo can be so high in demand until today...

Hi,

Just share my experience as i am staying here for 1 year + d.

There are alot of foreigners in this area (Indon, affrican, chinaman).

The cleanliness of this apartment is horrible. Rubbish are thrown next to the lift and lifts are used by maintenance to carry the rubbish to the main garbage disposal making the lift smells.

Lift breakdown a lot and its very dense so u can imagine waiting long time for lift during peak hours especially when maintainance is clearing the rubbish in the morning.

Traffic wise, u can expect jam during peak hours if ur parking your car inside as most cars will be rushing to leave the premise early morning. There are also jam on the road in front of the apartment as there are alot of illegal parkings and taxi stand there. Alot of people also tend to drop passengers here causing problem to the jam. Also when alot of cars wish to enter the premise the security will cause more jam as there are only 1 entrance (most condo have 2 entrance 1 for visitors and 1 for owners).
