My house is having renovation now. My staircase up to second floor all rooms are original "papan". Sorry I don't know what it called. But sue to my stupid previous contractor that run away my money, he didn't put any paper or plastic or what on my floor when do renovation. Now my floor all scratches.

My question is if change all again, normally how much it cost? And if only few part I wanna hack and rrplace again with new papan, how much it cost? Thx in advance.

If shellac again, those scratches still can see or won't see it anymore?

And, the 3rd method, is it means put another parquet on top?

My living room tiles has been like this. Can't wipe off. Any solution?
