I had cement area of 5x5 ft, wet contractor quote me about 250 exclude tiles, but he made a cement tile to cover a 1x1 drain hole. I found it expensive. Any comment?

I am doing some reno for my hall about 600sft. I plan to buy tiles myself, do the shop do delivery or any additional charges?
