Is black or dark grey floor tiles suitable for bathroom? Will soap stain/Grimes be too obvious over long time usage causing the tiles seems to be whitish?

is the picture shown during the bathroom reno or are you showing the dirts that can be easily shown for dark tiles?

I'm planning to remove the old tiles on my concrete table top (about 12 foot run), change new sink and replace with new tiles. What's the current labour rate for such small renovation? Just want to get a high level estimation
