based on what i read in this thread, the price quoted to do re-tiles (hacking existing tile, relay new tiles, material, excluding tiles), the price is approximately RM 6.00/psf.

Is the RM 6.00/psf regardless of size of tiles? Can i check if you have any contact to share?

@bteoh - can PM me ur contractor contract? i'm looking for people to hack and relay tiles too..i called up one contractor last week, he quoted me RM 8.40/sq ft for 2' x 2' (excluding tiles)...i found it a bit costly...

@wrb7878 - That's what i thought too..i'm still on lookout for other contractor. Mine is a condo, and contractor was telling me that it will cost slightly more. Can you PM me ur contractor details?
