a good quality tiles like white horse should cost around 5.50 to 6 for the 1 x 2 tiles, and guocera much higher around 7. bear in mind make sure the tiles is fully coated, not half to have a longer life.

which area are you planning to lay tiles? whole house or just the parch?

Usually, the psft rate is for more than 500sqft.
Our prices is as follow
1) 2x1 or 2x2 Tiles Install only - RM6/sqft (cement, tiles adhesive, labour)
2) 2x1 or 2x2 Tiles Supply & Install - RM10-12/sqft (Tile - MML/Kimgres)
