RM1000/90 sq ft = about RM11 per square foot...

Minus RM2 tiles which means hacking/labour/cement is RM9 psf.

That's quite expensive! My contractor quoted me only RM6.50 psf for hacking, cementing, laying new tiles, etc... not inclusive of tiles of coz biggrin.gif

I bought some MML tiles B-Grade (2nd grade) because the 1st grade ones were out of stock. The MML box doesn't say it's 'B' or '2nd' but "COMMERCIAL GRADE". Perhaps, all large mall projects utilise this cheaper version?

Apparently, for places like porch (a more rugged environment), the minor discrepancies is almost unnoticeable to most people (besides the fact that your vehicle will cover it most of the time... tongue.gif )...I haven't installed mine yet, but I have a feeling that it won't be THAT BAD...
