My current porch is like this:

half concrete flooring : 22x12 feet
half grass/weed: 21x13 feet (after minus drain)

I was qouted rm8xxx for the following:

- "dismantle" current concrete flooring and rebuild base, then tiling
- built a 14 x 13 feet base over the grass, then tiling

Note:
- Renovator refuse to have me source own tiles, insist his price will definitely be cheaper than I ever will get anywhere
- He also refused to reveal his itemised tasks and price.
- I havent chosen the tile type yet but he said it will be around rm7.xx per piece (not sure its 1 or 2 square feet each)

Is the price of rm8xxx reasonable?

Tiling service needed:

- tile my car porch 22x25 feet
- house location in Selayang
- current condition:

- 22 x 13 is concrete
- 22 x 12 mostly grass

- I plan to buy own tiles , mostly 2x2 feet each
