What is the rate now labor + material (excluding tiles)?

Dear sifu,

I was quoted the following, is the price expensive? if yes what should be the market rate

1. Base concrete with BRC
Supply & install new tiles (1*1)
Total area is 20*12 feet

2. Remove old tiles 12*4 feet

Cost is MYR 31.25/sq ft (MYR7,500)
Is this excessive?
