Im quite confuse with my quotation by 2 contractors, the price are so much different. would like to know whether what are the reasonable price in the market now.


Contractor A:

  why different so much ? Contractor B including tiles while Contractor A doesnt. May I know whats the market price now ?

I look at the thread before, the range +-5 right? contractor A seems like over quote, which is 7+4+ 2.5 without tiles...

I also need other contractor for this, appreciate if you guys can share some good sifu contact here Thanks.

Just labour will be about RM10 per square feet.
