My contractor quoted me as below:'

Install cement table top only (without cabinet) with tiles 1x2 at 2' x 4' sqft
Install tile 1x2 at the wall of above the table top at 6' x 4' sqft
Relocate , make 2 holes (water in from tap and water out to yard and install a water tap n copper pipe from yard to kitchen around 6'ft for washing machine in kitchen
All this is done at condo yard area.

The contractor quoted me RM1800 but is it reasonable price? I feel like very expensive...

Dear All,
May I know how to differentiate between Porcelain and ceramic tiles by eye sore? Is porcelain tiles only suitable for concrete table top and the wall above table top? White Horse, Niro, MML, which 1 is better in terms of quality and design and how to know the tiles selected by my contractor whether is grade 1 type? Thanks for advice.
