After reading this thread I felt the quotation I got is so expensive!
I have bathroom totalling 350sf floor+walls and the contractor wants to charge me RM2800 for labour + hacking. That works out to be RM8 psf : ( Although he mentioned that water proofing will be done, still ... Do you guys have any contractors contact that can do a more reasonable price??
