For me, Symbian is an established OS compared to Android. I still reluctant to invest in Android because it is still new IMO and it is more vulnerable to virus compared to Symbian now.

However, I have to say that the Android is a fantastic OS after testing it out. It is just not now for me.

So, i suggest you go for Xperia X10 since it has a good 8MP camera and it is schedule to receive the Android 2.3 later this quarter.


2nd hand Nokia 5800 clearly fits into your budget and the screen size is not bad as well.

Nothing is perfect man. If you still want the best camera phone? Go for N8.

You should hunt for the SGA if you can, but most of the places might not have stock since it is selling like hot cake now.

ace - android hence customization, playing apps, got wide apps choice/lots of free apps oso, open source market [so easy got infected by virus/hacked so careful], decent camera, iphone 3GS-like looking/spec

For Android, X10 have a godlike camera. But N8 pawn all camera phone for now.
