QUOTE(barca96 @ Feb 20 2011, 12:48 PM) 1.4k with 2 years warranty? or one year? standard warranty is 1 year except some 3rd party provide additional warranty. Nokia N8 browser have limitation due to the phone screen resolution 640 x 360 pixels. Most of the time u require to zoom in and out of stuff because too small even can fit the texts and stuff are too small for human eyes to see This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Feb 20 2011, 01:03 PM

QUOTE(staind @ Feb 20 2011, 01:23 PM) thanks. now considering whether to get HTC Wildfire, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 or Nokia C7. HTC Desire is a bit out of budget. depends on your needs. If size matters Nokia C7 is really slim. If u prefer more for photograpghy consider nokia N8. For internet browsing yeah get android Taken tis yesterday Nokia N8 @ Putrajaya by thenokiagallery, on Flickr

QUOTE(staind @ Feb 20 2011, 01:44 PM) The quality of N8 camera seems good. My needs is more towards internet browsing. The AMOLED screen for C7 is quite good actually too. I am not sure about HTC Wildfire as didn't pay too much attention to it yesterday. Totally into C7 until I read the reviews of it in lowyat and web. I did compared SE X8 and X10 to C7 display (even though I am not suppose to compare them as different price range). AMOLED for the obvious, win. If internet browsing X10 or Wildfire is the right choice and not Nokia C7

QUOTE(Calex @ Feb 21 2011, 11:08 PM) Nokia E72. Good battery, wifi, gps (can put garmin) and its not SE. Added on February 21, 2011, 11:13 pmVivaz can't snap without blur, nor does ANY phone camera unless you use xenon flash. Vivaz don't even have xenon flash so its a no. At your budget at most I can recommend you the Nokia 5530 (wifi, 3.2MP). If stretch your budget a little more, get the 5800 (wifi, gps, 3.2mp, loud stereo speakers) User been limited by the budget or u can consider used nokia n82,n85 and n86 all with xenon flash

QUOTE(PeaceOfMind @ Mar 2 2011, 10:43 PM) heyy the photo not bad... if Flash 10 cant run then how? how about android? not all android can run on flash 10 also right? can n900's flash be updated? (is it using flash lite? forgot the spec already ) Nope Symbian is on flash lite. Nokia N900 is with Mozilla based web browser with Adobe Flash 9.4 supported. If the video created by Flash 10 it just doesnt load This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Mar 2 2011, 10:48 PM

QUOTE(Quantum_thinking @ Mar 6 2011, 10:52 PM) I heard that the Apple Iphone 4 does not survive the fall from 2m high, even for once. If you still want for it, it is better to invest in some good pouch. Ip4 hardly i hear it survive drops because the design is compact but the weight is heavy. Like the above forumer said if u want to get IP4 invest in a good casing.

QUOTE(siaoand1 @ Mar 7 2011, 05:32 PM) 1. Brand: Any - Nokia ( Prefered ) 2. Budget: RM800 - RM1.8k 3. Specs: touch screen (prefered ) 5MP (or higher) wit an OS n RAM <=== MUST!! music (playable of any kind) web browsing (using mozilla, html, java etc. ) 4. Type/Size: fully equipped wit QWERTY keyboard slides (such as the N900) size....surprise me I'd actually wanted to buy an N900, but i was too late to get it, when the nokia shop retailers removed them off the shelf. If there is any possible N900 (ori - Zitron), i would gladly buy them off their hands . Yes u still can get used set for nokia N900 ori set

QUOTE(cahayaninety @ Mar 23 2011, 05:47 PM) help mehhhh. in a dilemma. not sure what phone to buy. considering android but, those that are worth to buy are wayyy over my budget. considering blackberry. but i dont have fb, ms, and doesnt need to check my email regularly. and not addicted to chatting. so, i figured if i buy BB device, it would only be a waste of money for me. need to pay monthly summore. i guess that left me with only symbian and winMO. wanna buy nokia e71 but ORI already discontinued product. nokia c7 perhaps? or nokia e72? sony vivaz? or please recommend me any phone that cross your mind. thanks! For me its photography so N8 shines over all other brands Taken today Nokia N8 @ Lizard in action by thenokiagallery, on Flickr Nokia N8 @ Tower by thenokiagallery, on Flickr This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Mar 23 2011, 08:55 PM
