For me, it is. One of my friend now is choosing between N8 and C5-00 due to her budget.

Your recommendation is good, but:

Nokia X6 might not be available or stock ready.

C6-01 is slightly out of the budget, but it is worthwhile to get it.

SE Vivaz? No more updates for the OS means have to live on with the bugs till change the phone.

SGA is nice, but too bad it is too popular until hard to get the stock.

My phone broke down already T____T I really need a phone asap.. can you guys recommend me something...?

1. Brand.: I don't know... I've been using sony all these while so I actually prefer sony. I don't really like nokia x_X

2. Budget. +-1k

3. Specs. Good camera at least 5mp (clear... AF and things like that), WiFi, If possible... I want a phone that can put 2 simcard... I heard before there's such phone x_X

4. Type/Size. Anything as long as it's not too big.

one of my friend asked me to get Aino... but then aino is a little cacat right? It's like we slide up then the touch screen system off...

aino is semi-touchscreen, its touch interface only works in the TouchMedia which required slide closed to activate
other than that, opera mini browser works too but aino very buggy la

You can consider hike your budget and get the Nokia N8. Otherwise, Xperia X10 is another choice for you if you still want back SE.

Nokia C5-00 is good for video calling as it have 0.8MP front camera. However, it does not have wifi and it is about Rm500 like that.

IS is better overall, spec, design, build quality, software.

Desire Z would be my preferred choice,
it has great specs, physical keyboard, plus it runs Android
