Hi all. The Amway post natal items are good as my wife has used it. It also comes with a girdle so it helps in the weight trimming.

Part of your regimen before birth is to also use creams like shea butter or products that help with your stretch marks. My wife uses Neways wrinkle guard.

BF is good all through and I have heard of ladies BFing kids up to age 6.

You can also use a breast pump to extract and keep them in the fridge so that it last longer.

Note for first time mothers who've had challenges in expressing milk - the breast becomes swollen and painful. To alleviate the pain temporarily, use white cabbage (the hard-ish one that has a leaf wide enough to cup the breast, not the other types) that has been cleaned and refrigerated. It helps to reduce the swelling but you will have to make every effort to express the milk, either by pump or your baby.

I know the cabbage solution sounds weird, but hey, it worked for us! smile.gif

All the best in parenthood!

I'm afraid the Amway post natal set is just to assist new mom's to get back to their slim selves after birth. There are no ill effects from using this set as it is all herbal.

It doesn't assist in the production of milk for the mom.
