Hi..I'm currently using the Sendayu Tinggi full post natal set.. So far so good...glowing face..lots of milk..my advice if u plan to use Sendayu Tinggi..dun buy the full set..juz buy all the 6 bottles capsules for the 60 days confinement program and buy any jadam + pilis separately at local jamu store...I'm exclusive breastfeeding so I don't really pantang on food but managed to lose 15kg so far...
