Another great famous developer with substandard product and well taking cares of buyers.

Anyone knows about which luxury cars company that will take the retail spot of the condo?

1. Not wanting to further increase LAD bill, handover unfinished product to purchasers
2. Limit handover slots so that crew can work to touch up units before handover
3. Whatever can't be done just tell purchasers that it will be resolved during defects period. Good strategy Glomac! Kudos.
4. Quality of Reflections to be seen. There's already a shit storm at Glomac Damansara. Literally shit pouring out to gym.

1. No promised "Grand Lobby"
2. Horrendous workmanship !
3. Leaks everywhere !
4. Best Award for longest list of defects !
5. Name change to property unexpectedly !
6. Unfinished work at every corner !
7. Perimeter security no motion sensor we were informed !

This is no direct lift from the unit to the level 2 car park. have to change lift ..omg!!

No point grumbling here. You are "hurting yourself by your's own doing" (搬起石头砸自己的脚), especially those posting the defect pictures.

Others have a good laugh and enjoy the drama, while your property image and price drop.

Form a committee to deal with the developer or create a private forum for owner only and condemn anything there.

Most forumners here... wouldn't dry their dirty laundry outside but would like to see others.... dun let your emotion caught you.

I hardly think developer will take action solely on few posts by forumners

The purpose of forum is to discuss the pro and cons of each project. In this case, now we know that this developer is giving poor quality products, so that we can avoid it later. No laughing or teasing at all. My advise is never believe those famous developer, which use their branded name to attract buyers, alot of famous developers once get listed in public delivered very poor projects or taking maximum advantages on buyers.

had a walk around inside the compound. the workmanship is really bad to my liking. they cant even build the access kerb properly. not aligned, cracks, lot of patching works. it was at night time i casually walk around. could be more to spot during daytime.
