Basically before handing over of keys we need to settle any outstanding. This should be included in the letter you receive from Glomac for VP.

The outstanding can be offset by the LAD and is calculated at 10a%pa.

met with glomac and they said the name change was due to MPPJ stupid requirement. So they cant do anything. However on the flip side, the "low cost" signage...they said the sales team have raised this to their management and will look into improving it. So let's see what they will say. but no harm in raising your complaint to their CRM regarding the signage...so that they know many buyers are not happy with it.

We should not just accept it (the name change). Not sure if it is encouraged to have , nice to have bahasa or it is a must to have. Even if this already a policy, should shout out loud to the MPPJ that this is making all very very unhappy. All should join force and make complaint.

i already made my complaint to Glomac. But I do agree...we should raise a joint complaint to MPPJ. can engage lawyer also if all agreed to add in more firepower...

This is consider end result? It is still very raw. The feel is same like lrt track that no need to paint, the grey color that come by default.

i paid all the MISC charges. so how to get LAD in this case?

ya mannnn.... mine on 9th i think. after collect the key, we can straight away move there? how does it work? (first time house buyer). i saw the compound area is not properly completed and fit for stay.

Anyone knows will the developer add the complimentary like kitchen fittings, electrical appliances and air conditioning units which was promised during launched ? By the way, my keys collection only available on 23 Sep.

You mean the units are empty of those promised items ?
