Guys, recently my vios g break tak makan. It become worst when fetch 4 persons.. It totally insufficient to slow the car down.. I have to press almost fully down in order to slow. Is it break booster problem? By the way, my car current mileage only 28k km. Anyone of you encounter this problem before? I do face problem like lechers said, the dashboard and my door trim create loosing sound. Even worst when after park under sun for whole day.

Guys, did anyone of you face the following

1. The brake sometimes not makan, it is like the booster not enough power, I suspect it might BA problem as it only happened sometimes. All my brake pad checked already, still in good condition.
2. The car sometimes will over start, just like old car sound. 1 of my friend having this problem too.

I agree with you. I owned Vios G Spec bought feb 08, also got terrible quality issue. 1st is ATF oil leak twice at mileage 10k km and 20k km. Both my front absorber also replace under warranty. Engine mounting replace 3 years of ownership. And recently is brake sometimes not makan enough, and drive to SC and they said my Brake oil got moisture and air, they help me replace FOC I think is defects in workmanship! My lower arm I suspect got problem also, because from appearance looks corrode, and recently I found the car not stable, like when you fetch 8 persons or overloaded truck that cause the car unstable, checked balancing ok. Now my mileage only 31k km only, rattling every where and i agree, sound insulation indeed bad, my colleague Myvi SE much more silent than my car. I think the only solution is to change the car, I wouldn't buy Toyota anymore, poor quality and unreliable anymore. My family used to drive Toyota for past 30-40 years, they are fine, but not recent Toyota!

I have really bad experience with my Dugong. Ends up sold out and change to Honda, so far much better ownership experience compare to my previous ride. Don know is I'm bad luck or what, my Vios just very bad, rattling all over the car, seat belt replaced, glove compartment lid rattling can't be solved. Brake sometimes not makan and drive by wire delay when ease up the accelerator. Sent to Toyota SC for checking all the ECU and wiring, found brake fluid got water, replaced free of charge even after warranty. My EPS is very poor respond and feel too light compared to my friend same model Vios, SC help me to initialized. So meaning that every Vios EPS giving difference feel and respond. Why got no standard??? They check for the rattling behind of my car, ends up forgot to fix my clip back after opened up for inspection. WTH!!! My door i complain about the front door rattling, the fix with double sided tape. I really very pissed off with Toyota quality nowadays. Compare to my family 1st model Vios, it serve well until today. At least better sound insulation and no rattling. They suspension really fragile, rear suspension already spoil for mileage 30k km car, imagine the quality! Front suspension give krut krut sound when it is still below 1kkm. Replaced by Toyota during 1st service. Overall, i really find that the price for the Vios with the quality offered are really not worth at all.
