Dock size roughly width 480 x 79-84 height

If you mean the Android's default Power Control, a themed version has to be flashed over or pushed via adb.

An easier way is to get Widgetsoid and set it to be transparent.

As far as I know, PowerControl can't change into transparent unless got modded one..

i saw some1's power control is transparent de..maybe is other apps you know what apps is it?

Maybe switchpro or Extended Control..

Took so long to do the homescreen settings, later scare lose it

Besides, if I change it again, and want to change it back, it'll be easier.
