First of all.. I think ur SA dono anything abt cars la.. Fully synthetic more for manual? LoL. What about all the high performance auto cars like BMW, etc? Should they be running on mineral oil, then?
Price of fully synt oil at SC will kill u. Go outside & buy then bring to SC.. Cheaper alot, like 30-40 bucks.
The plugs are wear and tear item. If can they wan u to use all Proton approved parts cos it costs a bomb n they can earn ur money. Won't void warranty wan la. Don't worry. Did my claims already after replacing the plugs and air filter. No fuss.--He say the plugs not met requirement,so if engine got problem in future and its coz by the plugs,it will void warranty..
