Aiya saddient.. Easy la.. When going up hill, stick to D. Unless u wanna speed then change to 3 or 2.

2 & L usually used for pickup and engine braking while going downhill. So when u go downhill, leave ur gear at 2 or L depending how slow u wanna go. L being the slowest.

First of all.. I think ur SA dono anything abt cars la.. Fully synthetic more for manual? LoL. What about all the high performance auto cars like BMW, etc? Should they be running on mineral oil, then?

Price of fully synt oil at SC will kill u. Go outside & buy then bring to SC.. Cheaper alot, like 30-40 bucks.

The plugs are wear and tear item. If can they wan u to use all Proton approved parts cos it costs a bomb n they can earn ur money. Won't void warranty wan la. Don't worry. Did my claims already after replacing the plugs and air filter. No fuss.--He say the plugs not met requirement,so if engine got problem in future and its coz by the plugs,it will void warranty.. ..if wan do,wait after 2 years..me keliru la..

after read the comment from xandras,i think i'm oso unable to maintain the tyre due to high cost..maybe i will sell off my rim only and change to another more nice look sport rim for my car..will go survey the sport rim at muar 1st on this weekend..next step is the exhaust system..

wah..CC1 tyre so lousy one ar..ino wonder why i feel my tyre noise very loud after 100kmh above..maybe i will go to bridestone or yokohama when i wan change the tyre..maybe will change to 55 profile,can improve a bit cornering performance but not comfort than 60 profile

after install plug and air filter and reset ecu,my fuel comsuption seems very high..one petak only can run 100km..but i'm heavy foot after install it..hehe..and i only travel 10km every day only..

2.0 VW's TSI 160ps engine. So?it's his fault wat.. Got power but not harnessing n using it fully.=) come cucuk me la.. He got power I got skills..

Mobil also has 15W-50 in their Mobil 1 Fully synthetic series. Well, you should try it out. So far it's superior to anything I have use before. It's odd that some people stay away from it just because it's Petronas. If it's good enough for Mercedes, it's good enough for me.
Last time I had the same impression about Petronas too and I've been driving turbocharged engines for the last 11 years, using Petronas Syntium 5000 for the last 5 years. Much better than the recommended Castrol Edge Sports by the local Subaru dealer.
